This month we have been enjoying the latest  Borastapater collection The Apartment.  The studio designed collection takes inspiration from the 1980’s and The Memphis Group; The Italian design collective, known for their use of colour and their playful style,  set the tone for the 1980’s décor, and the modern interpretation fits just as well in today’s trend-conscious homes.

We hope you enjoy our third curated Moodboard with it's nod to The Memphis Group, please find details of each fabric and wallpaper below.

The large-patterned wallpaper in the background of the moodboard, is called Memphis from The Apartment collection, a life-affirming, geometric print, can become like a painting on the wall.

Lisbon in Graphite from Designers Guild, is woven from 90% recycled yarns. It has become a favourite amongst many of our designers as it gives them a smart mid-scale weave that is incredibly versatile.

Sapporo (Patagonia) in Grape & Smoky,  stonewashed Belgium drapery linen is locally stocked and now available in 12 colours.

Matara is often mistaken for a leather, due to the vinyl’s natural grain and soft hand.  Incredibly hard wearing It is suitable for both residential and commercial hospitality projects.

Hick’s Hexagon in Slate Grey is one of Cole and Son’s many design classics that is instantly recognisable.  The small-scale geometric print will easily coordinate with an existing interior scheme.
