Guilds’ new collection
Designers Guild latest collections Pavilion and Barcelona
(pictured above), was released in Paris on 22nd January
at MAISON & OBJET éditeurs.
The Pavilion collection is inspired by
the extravagance of the Brighton Pavilion. Commentators
over the years have described Brighton Pavilion as gloriously
eccentric, silly, charming, light hearted, decadent
and a piece of outrageous folly. This collection offers
a wide range of prints, weaves and wallcoverings.
The patterns, colours and exuberant architectural
style of Catalunya’s capital city were the inspiration
for the Barcelona collection, which follows in the success
of the Manhattan prints in Spring 09. Perfect for the
young at heart of all ages ‘Barcelona’ provides
a striking collection of stylish and colourful prints
in a strong graphic style.
Pricing
for 2010
We are delighted to advise that there will be no increases
in our prices for any of our ranges, but there will
be some reductions in several Designers Guild Essentials
designs and a completely new pricing structure for Designers
Guild cushions, throws and floor rugs. Price lists for
all new releases, and the new price structure for DG
home accessories, will be released within the next week.
